After the conclusion of the February 25th 2023 Presidential, Senatorial, and Federal House Of Representatives election, which saw Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerge as the winner and president-elect of the presidential category as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, through their chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu; you might be wondering how the acclaimed third political force, Peter Obi's Labour Party, fared in the National Assembly Elections, even though they lost the presidency and also, how the Atiku's People's Democratic Party fared, even though they also lost the presidency.

Well, the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, won the majority of the seats in the Upper Chamber where they claimed 51 seats out of a possible 109 in the Red Chamber.

Meanwhile, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, followed in second position by winning 31 seats in the Senate House out of a possible 109 seats.

The acclaimed third political force on the other hand, the Labour Party, LP, had to settle for 7 seats in the Upper Chamber out of a possible 109.
